We don’t chooose when crisis comes,

but we can chooose if we are ready

Wars never start suddenly.
They build up — until one day, the spark ignites.

A black and white illustration divided into three sections. The top section depicts a smartphone with a signal icon and a diagonal line crossing it, along with the words 'No Signal' and an exclamation mark. The bottom left section shows a student with a backpack standing on a sidewalk in front of a school building. The bottom right section displays empty shelves.

In real crisis, it’s not just about having stocks.
It’s about reaching your children and loved ones
It's about knowing what to do.
It’s about keeping calm.

What can you do when crisis comes ?

Below are 3 possible ways of behaviour.

Fatalism: «Accept as it comes»

Wait, do nothing, accept and risk all

Trust in the State: «Get minimal help if any»

In crisis government will spend most of its resources to protect itself, not you.

Personal Preparedness: «Control and have chance»

Preparedness is not about stockpiling. It’s about awareness, clear decisions, and a plan that gives confidence in crisis.

PRACTICAL

It’s not theory. It’s about real actions that work in everyday life.

TAILORED

One-size-fits-all DOESN’’T work in crisis. We design plans that fit your family’s needs and context.

How our service looks like in real?

We don’t just give advice — we work hands-on with you and your family to get prepared for emergencies and crises. Step by step, we build what is truly needed, nothing extra.

  • We start with a free consultation where we show you how our service looks in real life. You’ll see examples of emergency kits, instructions, and plans — and understand exactly what we can create for your family.

  • We study your family’s needs, locations, and local risks. Then we design simple, practical safety protocols — customized exactly for your situation.

  • Finally, we put the plan into action.
We prepare the actual kits, tools, and instructions. We set up everything needed for your family’s emergency protocols — so that when a crisis happens, you’re not just informed, you’re ready.

2 hours of preparedness in calm time equals 100 hours in crisis. Don’t wait until it’s too late.

Why can’t I just prepare by myself?

Because real preparedness is more than a shopping list. Doing it on your own usually means:

Blind spots.

Critical gaps only surface under stress — when it’s too late.

Possible trials and errors.

Researching, buying, testing, fixing — the cycle takes weeks or months.

Gear without knowledge is useless.

Buying tools and supplies is the easy part. The hard part is knowing what actually works, how to use it under stress, and how different items fit together.

Preparedness done alone is slow, uncertain, and risky. We turn it into a system: clear protocols, integrated kits, and tailored guidance — so your family is truly ready when it matters.

Stress kills execution.

In crisis you won’t have time for manuals; you need simple, proven steps.

About the Concierge Fee

The service package price covers consulting, planning, and training — but the cost of gear and kits is not included.
We work in two ways:

  1. DIY purchase — we provide you with a detailed list of recommended gear and proven alternatives. You can order everything yourself directly.

  2. Concierge option — for a small fee (concierge fee), we take care of the entire process: ordering, testing, replacing faulty items if needed, and making sure every piece of gear works. This saves you time and ensures your family is equipped with reliable tools. For long-term food reserves, the concierge service also covers professional packaging and storage preparation — ensuring that supplies remain safe, durable, and ready when needed.

Skadi airline logo featuring a stylized airplane and the text 'SKADI'.

Why SKADI?

Our name carries the spirit of resilience and survival. Skadi is the Norse goddess of winter, mountains, and endurance — a symbol of strength in the harshest conditions. Her story reminds us that survival is not about luck, but about preparedness, knowledge, and the will to endure.

The logo itself is inspired by runes:

  • Algiz (ᛉ) — the rune of protection and defense, a guardian symbol against danger.

  • Eiwaz (ᛇ) — the rune of resilience, endurance, and connection between life and death, representing the courage to face crisis and overcome.

By merging these runes, SKADI embodies both protection and strength under pressure. It’s not just a name — it’s a philosophy: to stay calm, be ready, and prevail when uncertainty strikes.

The founder of SKADI

I am a father of four sons, a Red Cross–trained rescuer, and a reserve army officer with years of experience living by the “prepper mindset.”

At 43, I’ve seen firsthand how preparation makes the difference between panic and clarity. When my family and I had to leave Ukraine at the start of the war, it was a clear plan — not luck — that allowed us to act in time.

With a technical background and lifelong interest in preparedness, I combine practical skills with modern tools. But beyond gear and tactics, I believe the most important asset in any crisis is psychological resilience: the ability to stay calm, to reassure your loved ones, and to act with confidence when it matters most.

For me, preparedness is not fear — it is responsibility. It’s about doing the hard work “on shore, before setting out to sea,” so that when uncertainty comes, your family is ready.

Confidentiality above all.

We sign NDA agreements, do not store or share client data, and never publish references. Grey mode is not a slogan — it’s our foundation.

No strings attached.

The free consultation is a chance to see how we work. No obligations, no pressure.

Independent gear choice.

Our recommendations are based solely on field experience. We receive no commissions, kickbacks, or hidden fees.

Knowledge first.

Tools matter, but knowledge is the real asset. Yes, you can learn it alone — but time is short, and mistakes in crisis are costly.

Principles we stand by

Your privacy, your rules.

Home audits and location-based assessments are optional. If you prefer anonymity, we adapt: remote audits, neutral training grounds, third-party venues.

Preparedness as a lifestyle.

We don’t sell fear — we build confidence. Every step is practical, clear, and designed to fit your family, not a generic checklist.

Don’t wait for the crisis to decide for you. Act while it’s calm.

The best time to prepare was yesterday. The second best is now..
